These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the bajl platform and all its members. bajl refers to the bajl.my website and all services operated under it.
Below are definitions of key terms used throughout this document:
- Member / User: Any person registered at bajl.
- Account: Your personal profile created when you register with bajl.
- Bet / Wager: Any bet placed on any outcome at bajl.
- Wagering Requirement: The wagering multiple required to withdraw your bonus.
- KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
- Cash Out: Cash out your active bets before the market closes.
Bajl operates under a licence issued by an international gaming authority. These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026.
The following conditions must be met to open an account at bajl:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be a resident of a region where bajl's services operate.
- Only one account is permitted per person.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Any changes to account information must be reported to bajl immediately.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited: If a single person creates multiple accounts, bajl reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances. bajl uses advanced technology to detect this kind of activity.
Required information at registration includes: full name, date of birth, email address or mobile number, and a strong password. Never share your password with anyone — the member is solely responsible for the security of their account.
To withdraw from bajl, you must complete the KYC process. Any one of the following documents is required for KYC:
- National ID Card (NID) — front and back images
- Photo of the relevant pages of your passport
- Driving licence (photo of both sides)
Verification is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. In certain cases, bajl may request additional documents — such as a bank statement or utility bill for address verification.
Please note: Deposits and betting on bajl do not require KYC, but withdrawal does. For your security, it is best to complete KYC right after registration.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted — such transactions may be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.
- Bajl does not charge any fees on deposits.
- The payment provider's own fees may apply.
- Successful deposits are credited to your wallet instantly.
- Failed deposits are refunded within 24 hours.
The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from bajl:
- KYC verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals must always be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
- Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
Withdrawal Processing Time: bajl strives to process payouts as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, mobile banking withdrawals are completed within 24 hours of a request being submitted. If you experience any issues with a withdrawal, please contact the support team.
The following general rules apply when placing bets on bajl:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is used.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake is refunded.
- If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it is removed and the bet remains active with the remaining selections.
- Odds in in-play betting can change at any time — bets are accepted at the odds that were active at the moment the bet was confirmed.
- Bajl reserves the right to set betting limits.
Bajl reserves the right to void any bet under exceptional circumstances — such as when a technical error in odds-setting is identified or when a match result is disputed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the member's wallet.
If a suspicious betting pattern is identified, bajl reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
All bonuses and promotions on bajl are offered under specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to those terms.
- Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit, maximum ৳10,000. Wagering requirement 5x (bonus + deposit).
- Weekly Cashback: Up to 20% of net losses, maximum ৳20,000. Wagering 1x.
- VIP Reload Bonus: 20–30% depending on tier. 3x wagering requirement.
General rules for using bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be voided.
Bajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If the terms of a new offer change, Latest Promotions Will be updated on the page.
Bajl's casino section offers Live Casino and slots games. Specific rules apply when using this section:
- Bajl's casino games run on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — results are entirely random and not predetermined.
- If a Live Casino game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bajl will make a decision based on the circumstances.
- Game rules may vary — the specific rules for each game can be found within the game interface.
- Casino bonuses can only be used on designated games — not all games.
- Exploiting any technical glitch in a game interface or system is strictly prohibited.

- Permanent Closure: Option to permanently close your account if needed.

- Bajl will never ask for a member's password — any such request is a sign of fraud.
- Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.

Bajl may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If registration was completed using false information.
- If multiple accounts are operated.
- If bonus abuse or any attempt at fraud is detected.
- If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other financial crime.
- If the account is used by a minor.
- If any attempt is made to hack or manipulate bajl's technical systems.
Members can also close their account at any time by notifying the support team in writing. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.
Bajl reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
Continued use of bajl after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request account closure.
